We allow returns within 30 days from date your order was delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.  Please log into your account to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be paid by us. 

Due to the nature of our products, returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Adhesives are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or returned.

We only accept price adjustments on The Focus within 7 days of purchase. If you'd like to request a price adjustment please contact us at support@levantestrength.com within the price adjustment period with your order number.

 

Exchange policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Adhesives are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, and if authorized we will exchange free of charge. If you need to initiate an exchange, send us an email at support@levantestrength.com.
