We ship from Canada, and currently ship to Canada and the US (for now).

When will my order be fulfilled?

Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-3 business days and express orders are processed within 24 hours. More details on our shipping policy can be found here.

My package says 'delivered' but I haven't received it. What should I do?

There are a few steps we suggest taking -

1. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. We would recommend allowing 24 hours before assuming there is a discrepancy.

2. Contact the shipping courier selected upon checkout for further investigation.

Please not that we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.

ADHESIVES

How many times can I reuse the adhesives?

It depends. Everyone's skin is different so the lifespan of the adhesive can differ. Skin type, sweat and hair can affect how long an adhesive can last. If The Focus does not feel secure after applying to skin that's a sign to replace the adhesive. For hygienic purposes we recommend using a new adhesive for every workout session.

Is it safe to use on my skin?

Absolutely. We take the highest level of care to ensure our products are safe to use on all skin types. Our silicone adhesives are certified medical grade and designed to be worn on skin.

FOCUS PODS

the charging light doesn't work

If the charging light doesn't light up when plugged into the charger; unplug from the charger, wait 10 seconds and plug back into the charger.

How do i clean my focus pods?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth or alcohol wipes.

My Focus pods sound different from each other, is one defective?

No not at all. They work just the same and slight variations are normal. We test every single device for quality before approving for shipment.
