    FAQs

Can I just use one Focus Pod?

Yes! It entirely depends on your how you workout and which muscles need help. The Focus Solo is great for single sided workouts, or to help with muscle imbalances.

However, having The Focus duo provides more versatility and reduce the need to reposition.

How long do 30 Adhesives last?

Each adhesive lasts anywhere from 1-10 repositions depending on multiple things like skin type, sweat and care.

A pack of 30 could last around 3 months/pod. Assuming new adhesive each session and each pod is used 3x/week*.

    *3 uses x 4 weeks = 12 uses/month. 30 Adhesives / 12 Uses = 2.5 months.

    Does it zap you?

No, Focus does not send electrical pulses to the muscle like EMS/TENS devices. Focus uses mechanical vibrations (like a cell phone) to bring your attention the muscle.
