SENSe-ational workouts
Take control with MuscleAware™ - Micro-vibrations make the muscle feel like a larger target so it's easier to hit. This way you can push it harder and with more conviction.
Fits anywhere
Tiny footprint helps you target even the smaller surrounded muscles, so you don't have to worry about larger ones compensating.
FAQs
Can I just use one Focus Pod?
Yes! It entirely depends on your how you workout and which muscles need help. The Focus Solo is great for single sided workouts, or to help with muscle imbalances.
However, having The Focus duo provides more versatility and reduce the need to reposition.
How long does 40 Adhesives last?
Each adhesive lasts anywhere from 1-10 repositions depending on things like skin type, sweat and care.
A pack of 40 could last around 3 months/pod. Assuming new adhesive each session and each pod is used 3x/week*.
*3 uses x 4 weeks = 12 uses/month. 40 Adhesives / 12 Uses = 3.33 months.
Is this TENS/EMS?
No, EMS devices use electrical pulses to activate the muscle for you. The Focus uses mechanical vibrations (similar to a cell phone or a game controller) to help you activate the muscle better.
EMS workouts limits health benefits when compared to traditional exercise like bone strength, coordination, and balance. The Focus enhances traditional exercise while maintaining all of the benefits.
